Exchange policy

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange (size or to another design)

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at 8129 1078. We will need the details of the purchase and the item details. Alternatively you can also proceed to any of our retail stores for immediate exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions 
We also do not accept refunds for any items. All items can be exchanged (including sales items) as long as it is in its original condition / packaging and not worn.
